All prices quoted are inclusive of 16% government taxes and 2% tourism levy. Prices are per apartment per night in Kenya Shilling KES (currency calculator for other currencies)

Note: Infants and babies of up to 3 years are not charged and we provide a baby cot for them.
Check-In Time: 2pm – 8pm (14:00 – 20:00)
Check-Out Time: 6am – 10am (06:00 – 10:00)
Late checkout upon request and AVAILABILITY till 12:00 noon.
After 12:00 noon, an additional 50% day rate will be charged.
Payment Conditions
OPENING SEASON & LOW SEASON
50 % deposit payment within 7 days after booking confirmation
Remaining 50% deposit payment latest 30 days prior to arrival or on arrival date upon informing management advance.
If booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival 100% direct after booking confirmation.
SUMMER SEASON & HIGH SEASON
50 % deposit payment within 7 days after booking confirmation
Remaining 50% deposit payment latest 60 days prior to arrival or upon arrival only upon informing management advance.
If booking is made within 60 days prior to arrival 100% direct after booking confirmation.
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR SEASON
100 % deposit payment within 7 days after booking confirmation, latest 90 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation policy
– Free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
– 14 days prior to arrival, 50% of the total amount applicable.
– 3 days prior to arrival, 75% of the total amount applicable.
– Any last-minute cancellation, early departures, late arrivals or no-shows: 100% of the total amount applicable.
